Frequency
- Instant: sent as events happen.
- Digest: one email per day or per week summarizing activity.
- Mute: turn off any event type you don’t want.
Tip: Keep urgent items instant (security, assignments) and move the rest to a digest.
Quiet Hours
Silence non-urgent notifications during your off hours. Urgent security notices can bypass quiet hours.
- Set a start and end time in your local timezone.
- Push and SMS respect Quiet Hours when marked non-urgent.
Per-project controls & following
You can follow or unfollow specific projects to fine-tune noise levels.
- Follow: get updates about milestones, files, and status changes.
- Unfollow: remove those updates; you’ll still get direct mentions and assignments.
- Overrides: some events (e.g., security) always notify you regardless of following status.
Verify & test your setup

Do Quiet Hours block everything?
Non-urgent categories respect Quiet Hours. Urgent security notices may bypass them depending on workspace policy.
Can I get only a digest?
Yes. Set categories to Digest and disable instant delivery for those event types.
How long are notifications kept?
In-app notifications are retained for 90 days. Emails and SMS remain in your inbox/messages per your provider’s policies.
Do settings follow me to new browsers?
Yes, but browser permissions for Push are device-specific. Enable Push on each device you use.
