Core concepts
Project
A workspace for a single initiative. Includes tasks, assets, activity, risks, and reporting. See Projects.
Portfolio
A collection of projects grouped together. Provides rollup dashboards and ESG summaries. See Portfolios.
Asset
A resource connected to a project or profile (e.g. property, equipment, document). See Assets.
Profile
Your personal or organizational presence on FolioProjects. Includes description, contact details, and visibility settings. See Security.
Dashboards
- Main Dashboard: Private to you; shows analytics, tasks, and account activity. See Dashboard documentation.
- Profile Dashboard: Public view of your activities, projects, and stats.
- Project Dashboard: Summary for a single project with context and links to workflows, assets, and risks.
- Portfolio Dashboard: Rollup across multiple projects, includes ESG views.
- Asset Dashboard: Resource-specific summary page.
Collaboration & sharing
Smart Links
Unique, trackable links for sharing dashboards or updates. Works with QR codes and supports engagement analytics. See Sharing.
Broadcast Displays
Large-format, simplified dashboard views for lobbies, events, or digital signage. See Broadcast Displays.

Risks
