About this project
There are some elements of the patio railing that are rotting. These elements should be replaces. The floor and other aspects of the patio are in usable condition.
Part of the patio railing was repaired during a renovation process 2 years ago. The previously replaced parts should be retained as part of the renovation process if possible
** Conclusion **
New supporting piece was installed in the center horizontally and an additional vertical piece was added to support the existing piece with issues.
