About this project
There has been evidence of moss buildup over time on the north side of the roof as confirmed through google maps images. This is a regular maintenance issue and it's time to clean the entire roof.
We can currently observe moss buildup on the roof from the ground. The viewpoint from the main road infront of the house, seems to indicate that there is virtually no moss on the south side of the roof.
This is a shingled roof on a 2 storey building. The roof has levels since it spans multiple units. It is covering a sqft area of about 1500 sqft
